PokerQQ Terms and Conditions — For Members

Welcome to PokerQQ. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the PokerQQ platform and its members. By registering, logging in, or using any of our services, you are automatically considered to have accepted all of the terms set out here.

PokerQQ is an international-standard online gaming platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. To open a valid account on PokerQQ, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created using false information may be terminated at any time. Each individual is allowed to hold only one account.

• Only one account per person is allowed — creating multiple accounts using the same name, address, email, or phone number is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and valid.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, contact PokerQQ Support immediately.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for identity verification, particularly for large withdrawals.

PokerQQ reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account for the purpose of verification or investigation. During this period, the member concerned will be required to provide the necessary information and documentation.

PokerQQ is strictly for adults only. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. PokerQQ may request supporting documents to verify your age at any time.

• Minimum age to use PokerQQ is 18.
• If identified as a minor, the account will be terminated immediately.
• Accounts may not be operated from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• PokerQQ employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on the platform.

PokerQQ supports all major payment methods popular in Bangladesh. You can easily make deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in BDT.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the maximum single deposit is BDT 100,000.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact Support.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• Save the reference number for every transaction — you will need it if any issue arises.
• PokerQQ will never ask for your bank account number or password directly.

Withdrawing your winnings on PokerQQ is a straightforward process. However, certain verification steps are mandatory to ensure security and prevent fraud. Regular members typically receive their withdrawals within 24 hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed or suspended in the event of any suspicious activity.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 500,000 (may vary depending on VIP level).

PokerQQ's bonus and promotions program is designed to provide additional value for our members. Each bonus offer carries its own specific terms, which must be read carefully before acceptance.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements — typically ranging from 15x to 30x.
• Your main deposit balance will be used first before any bonus funds are applied.
• If a promotion code is required to claim a bonus, it must be applied before making a deposit.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.
• PokerQQ reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings associated with it will be forfeited.

PokerQQ is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to make unauthorized modifications to the platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or showing disrespectful behavior toward other members.
• Impersonating a PokerQQ employee or representative.

• Information collected during registration is used solely for account management and security purposes.
• Information may be disclosed to the relevant authorities where required by legal obligation.

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Cooling-off period: Take a gaming break from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Reality Check: Review a summary of your gaming time and spending at regular intervals.
• Session Limit: Set a maximum duration for continuous play.

PokerQQ reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms & Conditions. Members may also request closure of their own account at any time.

• If an account is terminated due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
• For account closures requested by the member, any verified balance will be refunded.
• Once an account has been closed, a new account cannot be opened using the same details.
• An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period.

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact the PokerQQ Support team first. We take all complaints seriously and will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of receiving a complaint.
• Complex matters may take up to 7 business days to resolve.
• In any dispute regarding game results, the server log records shall serve as the final and conclusive evidence.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to a recognized international arbitration body.

PokerQQ reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or platform notification before they take effect.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given for any significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If a member does not wish to accept the revised terms, they may request to close their account.
